Hi there. I'm Jason, creator of clinicalresources.info. Clinicalresources.info is a directory of free, high-quality internet resources which I have found useful in my job as a technician at a community hospital. I've spent a lot of time hunting these sites up, and I've gathered them together here so that other healthcare providers can use in their day-to-day work without having to spend hours slogging through hundreds of pages of junk to find them.

Jurisdiction and Time Limits

  • You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this agreement or The Service shall be filed, and that venue properly lies, only in state courts located in the county of Clinton, New York or the Federal courts of the Northern District of New York, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
  • YOU AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE PERMANENTLY BARRED.



Severability

If any clause or section of these terms is found to be unlawful, unenforcable, or is otherwise voided by a court or arbitrator, the rest of the terms will remain in force.


Amendments to This Agreement

You agree that the Author may amend this agreement at any time, without notice to you.


Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Author.
